Angels Cooling LLC is a family business. Angel Rodriguez opened his first HVAC company in West Allis, Wisconsin in 2016, expanded to Racine in 2021, then relocated to Harlingen, TX in 2023 to launch Angels Cooling LLC.
Today he runs it alongside his wife Isabel and their two sons — the same standard he built up north, brought south: straightforward pricing, real replacement options, and a service call that's on us when we make the repair.
We're a Daikin Factory Authorized dealer, and we're licensed, insured, and EPA certified (TDLR License #TACLB00132763E).

Angel founded Angels Cooling after more than 20 years of hands-on HVAC experience across multiple states, giving him deep expertise in both residential and commercial systems. He leads the company on honest recommendations, fair pricing, and a simple mission — treat every customer like family.
Office Manager & Vice President
Isabel keeps Angels Cooling running strong with over 10 years of management experience. As Office Manager and Vice President — and Angel's wife — she oversees daily operations, customer communications, and scheduling so every job is handled professionally and every customer feels cared for.
Lead Technician
Jr. brings more than 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience earned both in Texas and out of state, giving him a wide command of residential and commercial systems. As Lead Technician he handles advanced service calls and installations and helps guide the field team to consistent, high-quality work.
Customer Service Representative & Scheduling Coordinator
Ariel is often the first friendly voice customers hear. With two years in customer service and scheduling, she manages calls, books appointments, and coordinates service requests so our technicians arrive prepared and on time — keeping every step simple and stress-free.
